Where do you deliver?
We serve Wellesley, Massachusetts and nearby towns. Free delivery is included within 10 miles of Wellesley. Contact us with your town or ZIP code; we’ll confirm whether your location qualifies for free delivery.
What if my event is more than 10 miles away?
Ask us for a delivery quote. Include your event town or ZIP code in your inquiry; any additional delivery cost will be confirmed with your quote.
What does the $885 starting setup include?
Two tents, each 20 × 10 feet (200 sq ft each, 400 sq ft total); eight folding tables; up to 46 chairs; delivery, setup, and pickup. Tablecloths and all other add-ons are optional and priced separately.
Do you handle setup and pickup?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are part of the Basic Backyard Setup. Ask us about timing and any space or access requirements for your location.
How long is the rental?
Tell us your event start and end times so we can confirm the rental period and pickup with your quote. Need the equipment after 11 p.m. or overnight? Additional charges may apply; we’ll confirm them before you book.
How many guests can I host?
The setup includes up to 46 chairs. The right layout depends on your space, guest count, and event needs. Ask us about a suitable arrangement; the chair count is not a guarantee that every layout fits under the tents.
Can I add games, a TV, or décor?
Yes. We currently have white tablecloths and white and green artificial flower arrangements in jars. Other extras include a poker table and chips, TV and stand, speaker and microphone, cooler, cornhole, Spikeball, and putt golf. Pricing and availability are confirmed with your quote.
What happens if the weather changes?
Ask us. Weather, rescheduling, cancellation, and safe setup arrangements need to be discussed with Bongo before you book. Do not assume the tents are suitable for every weather condition.
What should I know about power or TV connections?
Ask us about the power, audio, video source, and placement needs for your chosen extras. A TV, speaker, and microphone are available; karaoke software, a song library, and a karaoke machine are not included.
How do I request a quote?
Use Check Availability to share your date, location, approximate guest count, and preferred way to be contacted. Bongo will need to confirm availability and your quote before any booking is made.
How do payment, deposits, and cancellation work?
A $199 advance booking payment is credited toward your total rental charge—not added on top. Bongo confirms availability and your quote before you book. Ask us about the balance due date, payment methods, cancellations, and refunds before paying. This website does not accept online payments or make instant bookings.
